you can order most online, some plants are available at the nursery only.

DISPATCH OF ROSES

Roses are available Bare Rooted from July to August. Mail order roses will be dispatched from July to end of August.

Rose plants are wrapped in damp paper and the roots sealed to maintain moisture and are packaged in cardboard cartons and are sent via Australia Post. Roses transport extremely well. When your roses arrive, unpack and place in a bucket of water for a few hours to rehydrate the roots to reduce the stress on the plant before planting. Do not allow plants to dry out. Give a thorough watering when you have planted them.

All plants are dispatched within 30days of ordering.

All plants are grown with lots of loving care and are packaged in the same manner all steps are taken to ensure quality and health of all plants, some are available bare rooted depending on seasons all other plants are grown in 10cm pots with some exceptions at times for certain plants. Plants are posted via Australia Post in Cardboard cartons. When your plants arrive water well and place in a light airy position.

PAYMENT

Manual Orders
Payment must be made when orders are placed. Please send payment with your order in the form of cheque, money order or with your credit card details. Please do not send cash through the mail.

CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER

Cheque or Money Orders can be made payable to SPRING PARK NURSERY.

CREDIT CARD

Visa or Mastercard may be authorized by completing the order form giving your details or phoning and quoting your name, card numbers and expiry date. Your account will be debited at time of placing your order.

COLLECTING YOUR ROSES FROM THE NURSERY

Your order can be collected at the nursery only if using Manual Order Form or phone and e’mail orders.
Your order can be collected from the nursery 7 days a week from 9am to 5.30pm during June, July and August.
We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Every effort has been made so that all plants supplied by Spring Park Nursery are of suitable quality and are of the description and kind specified at the time of sale.
Where reasonable proof is provided that a plant has been incorrectly labeled (We may request a photo verification) we will replace it the following season or sooner if possible without charge.

Plants are a perishable product and can be effected in ways beyond our control once they leave our care, therefore we cannot automatically accept responsibility for losses. If your plant has received out recommended care and doesn’t perform to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible. All claims must be received within 90 days of purchase.
